Chris Thilk is currently a Client Services Supervisor with Voce Connect, the social media practice area within Voce Communications, a Porter Novelli company. In that capacity he is responsible for not only defining strategy but also planning and executing day to day tactics for client programs. Thilk has spoken on emerging media and written bylined op-eds for publications including iMediaConnection, Brandweek and Advertising Age. He also contributes regularly to Voce Nation, the Voce Communications agency blog and has done likewise for previous employers MWW Group and others. For years he was also a writer for marketing industry news sites AdJab (now defunct) and Marketingvox. At Voce Thilk specializes in coordinating client publishing programs, managing blog and social network publishing and conversation strategy for a number of clients. He lives in the Chicago suburbs with his family, is heavily involved with his church and doesn’t make it to nearly as many movies or Cubs games as people might assume.
